How to attend an event
ATTENDING EVENTS IS SIMPLE! JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT AN EVENT!
Note: We review vetting applications in batches—NOT on a rolling basis—prior to upcoming private events. Please see our FAQ page for more details.
Not sure if you're already vetted? If you receive our emails or you are in our Facebook group, you've been vetted already. If you're still unsure, email us at hello@glittergasmevents.com and we'll check for you.

Important Details to Note
- Glittergasm Events is run by two people who both have multiple other responsibilities and jobs. In order to balance these responsibilities, we go through all the vetting form applications for membership in batches depending on when we have upcoming events, and do not review vetting forms on a rolling basis.
- In general, expect vetting to take about 7-10 days. We do our best to make sure everyone gets a chance to buy tickets before they sell out, but if you think you might like to attend our events in the future, we strongly encourage you to fill out the vetting form now so you get ticket access when tickets become available.
- The amount of time it takes to hear back depends on our upcoming events. We go through all applications prior to announcing our next private event, which means if we're on a hiatus and have not been hosting events, it may take some time to get a response.
- Please give 7-10 business days before emailing regarding vetting. Emails received before that time frame will not receive a response.
- We stop reviewing incoming vetting forms SEVEN DAYS before our next event. If you fill out the vetting form less than one week before an event, you likely will not receive any information until the following event.
- You only need to fill out this form once! Once you're a member, unless you're notified otherwise or request your information be removed, you are still a Glittergasm Events member.
- How to know if you've been approved: You'll receive a "Welcome to Glittergasm Events" email with information about the waiver you'll need to sign as well as other important details and a link to access our private discord server.
- We tend to get a rush of new member requests prior to upcoming events, and often in an effort to make tickets available as quickly as possible, new members sometimes receive emails with our ticket links before they receive the "Welcome to Glittergasm Events" email. If you have received the ticket link from us, either via access to the Facebook Group or from our mailing list, it means you've been approved as a member.
