  • If you are looking for specific answers regarding an event, you can find that on the ticket page for the event. This information is only accessible to vetted members.
  • If you are looking for the Event Address, or other pertinent information, you can find that in your ticket confirmation email.
  • If you are emailing regarding cancelling/transferring a ticket, you can find that information by clicking here.

Current Email Response Times

  • If you are emailing us with general inquiries, you can expect a response within 2-3 business days.
  • If you are emailing us before 12 PM the day of an event, regarding the event, we will respond as soon as possible.
  • If you email us after 12 PM the day of an event, you can expect a response within 3-5 business days.
